Meet-up and practical support at London St Pancras International by arrangement. We can help you get your bearings and plan the next part of your journey around London.
Personal assistance & one-off errands
Need a local person to help organise a practical task? Ask about appointments, bookings, collecting a parcel, arranging flowers or a gift, and other one-off requests around London.
Appointments & practical company
Arrange a companion to meet you, help you navigate an unfamiliar place and keep you company at an appointment or visit. This is practical, non-clinical support; the venue’s rules always apply.
First days in London
A practical introduction for students and families: get familiar with the local area, transport routes, everyday essentials and the journey to campus. It can be arranged around your arrival and plans.
A local companion for an outing
Would you prefer not to go alone? Ask about company for dinner, an exhibition, an auction visit or an evening out. We’ll agree the plan, meeting point and timings beforehand.
Travel support beyond London
For selected journeys outside London, ask whether practical accompaniment can be arranged. Longer-distance and specialist trips are considered individually and may require an appropriate travel partner.

Local knowledge, close to St Pancras
LDN Tour’s founder, Ivan Zharikov, lives about a two-minute walk from St Pancras International and King’s Cross. When his schedule allows, he can meet you at St Pancras at short notice. From this central location, London Underground and rail connections make it practical to arrange meet-ups across the city.
Depending on the request, accompaniment can be arranged for one person or by two people. Please ask when you enquire so we can confirm who is available.

- Meet or arrange the service. We’ll confirm the meeting point and practical details in advance.
Extra provides practical assistance and non-clinical companionship. Specialist medical, legal, financial, immigration or property advice must come from an appropriately qualified professional. Where a request calls for specialist expertise, we’ll say so and may be able to help coordinate with a suitable provider.

What is an Extra service?
Extra covers personal assistance and one-off requests that sit outside LDN Tour’s regular tours and transfers. Each service has its own page, and the catalogue can grow over time.
Can I ask about something that is not listed?
Yes. Send us a short description of what you need. We’ll confirm whether we can help and what arrangement would be appropriate.
Can you meet me at St Pancras?
Meet-ups can be arranged in advance and, when Ivan is available, at shorter notice. Please follow the current instructions on your Eurostar ticket and from the station team.
Is appointment accompaniment medical care?
No. It is practical, non-clinical company and help with getting around. It does not replace clinical staff, hospital volunteers or the venue’s own assistance service.
How much does a service cost?
The price depends on the task, timing, location, duration and any third-party costs. We’ll provide a quote before confirming a booking.
